User Agreement (Terms and Conditions)

1. General Provisions

1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a public offer and governs the relationship between the user (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and the Alliance1318 platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform").
1.2. The Platform provides services in the field of investment activities, accrual of BONUS1318 tokens, and access to the referral program.
1.3. By registering on the Platform, the User fully agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
1.4. All activities of the Platform are carried out in accordance with the laws of the Marshall Islands.

2. Terms of Service

2.1. The services of the Platform are provided only to persons who are at least 18 years old.
2.2. The Platform provides access to investment instruments with expected returns, a personal account for investment management, and accrual of BONUS1318 tokens.
2.3. The User agrees to use the Platform’s services exclusively for legal purposes.
2.4. The Platform reserves the right to make changes to the services provided, with prior notice to the User.

3. Registration and Account

3.1. To access the services of the Platform, the User must register by providing current and accurate information.
3.2. The User is responsible for keeping their account credentials secure and for all actions performed from their account.
3.3. The Platform has the right to block an account if violations of this Agreement are detected.

4. BONUS1318 Token Program *

4.1. Users of the Platform receive BONUS1318 tokens based on the amount of their investment and its duration.
4.2. Tokens can be used for:

• Paying for services on the Platform with a 25% discount;
• Participating in the referral program;
• Trading on the internal exchange.

4.3. Tokens are credited quarterly, depending on the investment terms.

5. Responsibilities of the Parties

5.1. The Platform is not responsible for:

• Losses caused by market fluctuations;
• Actions of third parties, including hackers;
• Technical failures beyond the Platform's control.

5.2. The User is responsible for complying with the terms of the Agreement and providing accurate information.

6. Dispute Resolution

6.1. All disputes and disagreements shall be resolved through negotiations.
6.2. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the court in the jurisdiction of the company’s registration.

7. Amendments

7.1. The Platform has the right to make changes to this Agreement.
7.2. The User will be notified of any changes through their personal account or via email.

8. Termination

8.1. The User has the right to delete their account by submitting a request to customer support.
8.2. The Platform may block an account if the terms of the Agreement are violated.
