1.General Provisions

1.1. This Policy governs the terms of refunding invested funds and withdrawing earnings accrued on the Alliance1318 platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform").

1.2. The Platform operates in accordance with this Policy, the User Agreement, and the laws of the Marshall Islands.

1.3. The use of the Platform's services signifies the User's full agreement with this Policy.

 

 

2.Refund Terms

2.1. The principal investment amount can only be refunded at the end of the investment agreement term.

2.2. Refunds before the end of the term are only possible in exceptional cases (force majeure, Platform errors) and are subject to a penalty fee as determined by the investment agreement.

2.3. To request a refund, the User must submit an application through their personal account, providing all necessary details.

 

 

3.Income Withdrawal Procedure

3.1. Accrued income may be withdrawn by the User:

  • Upon the expiration of the investment agreement term.
  • Under partial withdrawal conditions (if provided by the Platform).

3.2. Withdrawal requests are processed within 3-5 business days from the date of submission.

 

 

4.Withdrawal Fees

4.1. The Platform charges a withdrawal fee based on the payment method used:

  • Bank transfer: 0.5% of the withdrawal amount.
  • Cryptocurrency transactions: A fixed fee of 1%.

4.2. The User is responsible for covering any additional fees imposed by third-party services (banks, payment systems).

 

 

5.Restrictions

5.1. The minimum withdrawal amount is $50.

5.2. The Platform reserves the right to deny withdrawals in the following cases:

  • The User has not completed the KYC procedure.
  • The withdrawal violates the terms of the investment agreement.
  • The transaction is deemed suspicious under the AML policy.

 

 

6.Force Majeure

6.1. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) affecting the Platform's operations, withdrawal request processing times may be extended.

 

 

7.Complaint Submission Procedure

7.1. If the User disagrees with the results of a refund or withdrawal request processing, they may submit a complaint to customer support.

7.2. Complaints are reviewed within 10 business days from the date of receipt.

 

 

8.Policy Amendments

8.1. The Platform reserves the right to make changes to this Policy.

8.2. Notification of changes will be sent to Users through their personal accounts or to the provided email address.
